A child's cry, heard from afar,
their daddy's been called to war.
A mother's heart, shatters,
to the people, does her son matter?
A wife's hope, it does soar,
will her husbands blood pour?
Will their father come back to see,
his child grow into their fantasy?
Will the boy come home to rest,
and lay his head upon mother's breast?
Will the wife's life unfold,
to have her man, to love and hold?
When will all of mankind see,
that war was not meant to be?
When will the world truly see,
that war can be...NO MORE?!
