Tomorrow, when you wake up and you see my empty chair,

I know that you will feel alone and sense that Iím not there,

Youíll feel Iíve gone, that Iíve moved on, but Dear, it isnít true,

For tomorrow when you wake up, I will still be there with you.

Tomorrow, when you breakfast, and you make just half as much,

Reach out with heart, with mind and soul, and feel a tender touch,

Tomorrow when you start your day, please know that I am there,

For in your heart I really am, Iím with you everywhere.

Tomorrow, when you travel through, your busy, tiresome day,

Iím there with you, in all you do, as you go on your way,

Tomorrow when you dim the light; then say your nightly prayers,

I will abide, there at your side to share your worldly cares.

Someday, when you have uttered all, your farewells and goodbyes,

When those you love stand all about with naught but tearful eyes,

When you have crossed that threshold that leads to eternity,

Tomorrow will be yesterday, and youíll be here with me.
